A system developed by Keshav of experience 21 year based on Ashtanaga Yoga and Pancha Kosha philosophy. The program has all direction of practice. A raw beginners to advance, young to old, ill to healthy as it says Aarogya, Abhyasa & Aananda with the combination of Body, Breath & Mind. In Practice program for beginners which focuses blend the breath with body in a good coordination. In Intermediate extend the breath with Asanas. In Advance experience the Bliss Within.
